MARI WILLIAMS

Mari is a Chicago based artist that works primarily in mixed media using acrylics, photography, resin, and found materials. She is currently intrigued with exploring textures and fluidity within conventional and non-conventional spaces. She loves to create art that breaks as many barriers as it possibly can. She makes her artwork with the intention of creating something that induces multiple different perspectives and meanings to viewers. She never knows what she is going to create next, but the possibilities for each creation keeps her excited for what's to come in the future.
